How many people does Basecamp hold?
Up to 200 guests for standing events, 80 for lecture-style seating and 40 for workshop-style tables. Four additional conference rooms downstairs are available for breakouts.
Where is Basecamp located?
Basecamp is in Minneapolis' Loring Park neighborhood, overlooking the Basilica of St. Mary and within walking distance of Loring Park, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, coffee shops and restaurants.
Is there parking?
Yes. Six free parking spots are included. Additional parking is available via metered street parking, a paid lot directly behind the building and a parking garage across the street.
What amenities are included?
A kitchenette (no stove), large-screen TV, whiteboard, AV sound equipment, microphones, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dressing room and three restrooms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before your event, 50% refund between 30 and 7 days, and no refund within 7 days of the event.
